Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2–6 years of experience working in a team-based consulting environment and directly with external clients, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to manage competing priorities, Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and sound judgment, Experience working collaboratively on large-scale initiatives, communication skills, including the ability to present to senior and executive-level stakeholders, Demonstrated presentation and business development skills, including supporting the sales process, Experience developing work plans, project scopes, and pricing estimates, project management and leadership capabilities to drive concurrent initiatives, Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, Ability to build client relationships, Ability to travel to client-site 30-50%, A commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectives

Are you ready to make an impact? West Monroe is seeking an Experienced Consultant to join the Healthcare Practice team. As a Consultant, you will be an integral part of teams that identify, shape, and deliver high-value transformation programs to address our clients’ most complex strategic and operational challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work across both health plans and dental plans, delivering business and technology solutions that drive measurable outcomes and long-term value. Responsibilities Client Delivery: Work directly with clients to implement processes and technology that drive business value and improve operational efficiency across business and technical functions Partner with business stakeholders to define and design new business processes aligned to strategic objectives Facilitate client workshops to envision the future state of the healthcare industry and translate insights into business process designs and requirements Support detailed requirements gathering and documentation Lead package and solution evaluations aligned to industry leading practices within the healthcare ecosystem Interface with stakeholders across all levels of client organizations and internal teams Project Management: Develop client-ready communications to support decision-making, communicate project status, mitigate risks, and resolve issues Contribute to the development of key project deliverables including project plans, implementation plans, communication strategies, and financial models Partner with engagement leadership to proactively identify and mitigate project risks Collaborate with West Monroe and client team members to build and sustain high-performing, integrated project teams Business and Practice Development: Support business development efforts through contributions to proposals, project approaches, and client presentations Contribute to practice development by helping build tools, methodologies, and reusable assets that enhance delivery quality an
