What They're Looking For.

Must Have

TDLR HVAC Journeyman License, EPA 608 Universal Certification, 5+ years commercial HVAC, BAS/DDC controls platforms, Electrical troubleshooting capability, Valid Texas driver's license, Ability to lift 50 lbs

Nice to Have

Factory certifications, Formal training on chillers, Controls programming background, Commissioning background, Experience in hospitals, Experience in industrial plants, Experience in large-scale buildings

What You'll Do.

Diagnose large tonnage chillers

Repair large tonnage chillers

Program DDCAS building controls

Commission chiller systems

Start up chiller systems

Optimize systems for efficiency

Resolve electrical issues

Resolve mechanical issues

Resolve controls issues

Conduct preventative maintenance

Interpret wiring diagrams

Interpret control schematics

Document service work

Communicate system conditions

Adhere to safety requirements

Adhere to EPA standards

Adhere to company policies

Provide guidance to apprentices

Provide mentorship to technicians
