Travel both domestically and internationally 50% – with short notice and for extended periods, anywhere in the world and for potentially extended periods of time, On occasion, must be able to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary, Ability to obtain US Passport, Ability to pass Ground Operations Personnel (GOP) and air respirator medical physicals and maintain qualification/certification, Must be able to obtain a U. S. Security Clearance, An interim U. S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U. S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience on C-17 aircraft, 3+ years of experience in aircraft sustainment, repairs and modification, 3+ years of experience creating and managing project plans, schedules, and baselines, Ability to obtain US Passport, Ability to pass Ground Operations Personnel (GOP) and air respirator medical physicals and maintain qualification/certification, Must understand and apply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts, An interim U. S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U. S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree from an accredited course of study, in aviation-related fields, or in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry, Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License, Multi-system operations, maintenance and repair experience including pneumatic, hydraulic, structural, electrical, and propulsion systems, Ability to read & interpret schematics and system flow charts, Quality Management/Assurance experience
