help BGS Commercial Modifications run their business

and maintain an integrated operating rhythm

develop and maintain the master modification schedule that integrates engineering milestones (design

and airworthiness approvals

define required engineering resources and plan staffing to deliver modification cadence

support Leader in various executive and team meetings (internal/external) by ensuring artifacts and agenda required are prepared/approved

meetings are running efficiently

and actions/notes are tracked to completion

deliver outcomes while working in a fast paced

ambiguous and ever-changing environment

implement and integrate program business requirements

presentations and content

assist in the development and integration of programs

strategies and processes to meet business goals

organize and provide data and metrics according to established processes within the management system
