What You'll Achieve.
Consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team; Maximize value in their business deals; Help clients make informed decisions by assessing the worth and potential risks of various deals; Properly recognize the value of intangibles assets; Periodically measure intangible assets; Understand the value generation of a Company; Originate, create, execute, and realize value from deals; Ensure the proper fair value determination in each transaction

Identify, synthesize, and explain complex business issues; Quantitative and qualitative analyses

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Economics, 1 to 3 years of experience, English skills, both written and verbal
Nice to Have
Knowledge in corporate finance and company valuation, Basic knowledge of key valuation methodologies for business entities (i.e., Income - discounted cash flow, Market - guideline public company multiple and cost approaches), Basic knowledge of quantitative / qualitative analysis of financial metrics, Basic understanding of accounting, corporate finance, valuation, tax and business reporting processes, Intermediate skills in MS-Office tools (i.e., Excel, Word, Power Point), Basic understanding of other software applications (i.e., Alteryx, Power BI)
