What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent, 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, 1+ years of experience in airplane systems design, analysis, or systems integration, Experience leading cross functional teams, Able and willing to take ownership of work activities
Nice to Have
5+ years of experience performing systems safety analysis, 5+ years of experience with commercial airplane certification and safety requirements, 5+ years of experience working with safety analyses, Dispatch license, Pilots license, Instrument rating, or other Aviation certifications, Experience solving complex, ambiguous engineering problems within an aerospace design environment, Experience working in a lead role responsible for planning, organizing, and leading personnel, Experience working with FAR Part 25. 1309, Experience working with industry practices like ARP 4761 & 4754

Experienced Airplane Safety Engineer – 777X Program **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Safety, Security, and Airworthiness (SS&A) organization is looking for an **Experienced** **Airplane Safety Engineer** to support the 777X airplane program onsite in **Everett, WA**. This is a high-visibility role with direct responsibility for supporting airplane safety, airworthiness, and regulatory certification activities in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment. As an Airplane Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for working cross functionally to ensure airplane level safety analysis are appropriately conducted. Understanding the complex integration of airplane systems, human factors, and airplane integration into the operational environment is required in this role.
