Full Job Description
## Accountabilities This role is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact experiences that strengthen executive relationships, accelerate pipeline, and elevate brand visibility. You will lead end-to-end event production and experience strategy across flagship programs and executive engagements. Own and produce premium external experiences including flagship events, vertical executive boards, advisory sessions, and strategic account activations that deepen relationships and generate pipeline. Lead planning and execution of major internal GTM moments such as kickoff meetings and business reviews that align teams and reinforce company strategy. Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to align experiences with account strategy, demand generation, and post-event follow-up to maximize commercial impact. Manage executive-level engagements including dinners, briefings, and curated customer interactions that strengthen enterprise relationships. Oversee event operations including budgeting, vendor management, timelines, and on-site execution under high-pressure conditions. Run and scale programs such as corporate gifting and SWAG to reinforce brand presence and deepen stakeholder relationships. Support select industry and vertical marketing events in collaboration with broader marketing teams when needed. Requirements The ideal candidate brings a strong background in high-end event production and stakeholder management, with the ability to operate confidently in fast-paced, executive-facing environments. 3+ years of end-to-end event production or experience management, including executive-level or enterprise-facing programs. Proven track record delivering high-quality, high-visibility events with measurable business impact. Experience collaborating closely with sales and customer-facing teams on strategic accounts and pipeline-driven initiatives.
