Must Have

3 – 5 years of relevant experience in interface design, UX/UI design, or related fields., Proven experience in UI design, visual design, or a similar role., Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management., Solid understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color, layout, and interface design patterns., Experience working within or contributing to a design system or component library., Ability to communicate and present design decisions clearly to both design and non-design stakeholders., Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in product or digital environments., Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for design tracking and documentation.

Nice to Have

Experience in public sector or citizen-facing digital services., Familiarity with Agile or product development environments., Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for visual asset creation., Familiarity with front-end development concepts, including HTML, JavaScript (Angular, jQuery), and CSS frameworks, to facilitate closer collaboration with engineers., Knowledge of design tokens, theming, or scalable design system architecture.
