About the job Experience Designers at Autotrader sit within our Product & Technology community and play a key role in shaping the products and services our colleagues, customers and consumers rely on every day. This role is focused on content design, but you’ll work across the full experience, contributing to interaction, visual and service design. You’ll help ensure our experiences feel clear, consistent and easy to use, while also supporting broader design work within your team. A big part of the role is understanding our users. You’ll support the collection and analysis of insights, using these to shape clear, useful content and inform design decisions. At this level, you’ll often be working on well-defined problems or collaborating with more experienced designers, helping you build confidence across different design disciplines. You’ll be part of a cross-functional product team, contributing to improving our web and mobile experiences and building continuity across journeys.
