This role is responsible for coordinating workflow between departments, tracking material movement, and ensuring timely fulfillment of production needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. **Key Responsibilities** **Production & Inventory Coordination** * **Act as the main communication link between production teams and inventory control** * Ensure required materials are released, staged, and delivered to production areas on time * Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or risks to supply chain or inventory teams * ·Track material movement to ensure accuracy between inventory records and production usage **Expediting & Workflow Management** * Prioritize and expedite material requests based on production schedules and urgency * Coordinate timely flow of materials to prevent delays or bottlenecks in production * **Verify that delivered materials match specifications, quantities, and quality requirements** * ·Follow up on pending or delayed material requests and escalate when necessary **Quality & Accuracy Control**
