High school diploma or equivalent, 6 years proven experience in a similar role, Proficient in using ERP systems / MRP / SAP, Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures, Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Organizational and multitasking skills, Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to speak effectively before groups, Ability to monitor and maintain project and delivery schedule, Ability to make progress reports, Fluent Italian and English required
Nice to Have
Additional certification or training in production planning or supply chain management, Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Knowledge of continuous improvement concepts, A third language is considered as a plus
What You'll Do.
Coordinate and expedite delivery of supplies
Monitor inventory levels
Ensure supplies meet quality standards
Ensure supplies meet regulations
Collaborate with Purchasing and Project Managers
Maintain delivery schedules
Communicate with suppliers
Determine expected delivery dates
Verify updates on delivery timelines
Prevent possible delays

Maintain interdepartmental communication
Deliver strategies to meet targets

Compile and record vendor performance
Report vendor performance to management
