About the position Location: Katowice Hybrid model of working Main Job Purpose: Expedition planner is responsible for transportation order planning. Key Responsibilities: Transportation order planning Orders planning with a strong focus on truckfill and weightfill optimisation Focus on lower days in warehouse after release Daily stock monitoring Stock transport order and delivery creation in SAP S4/HANA system Order update Close cooperation with production planning and logistics teams Daily communication with factory and warehouse teams Prioritising urgent deliveries Logistics data maintenance Monitoring of express requests to avoid service risk Providing and archiving documentation for export/import So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
