What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Several years of professional experience in operations, business building, or expansion roles, Experience launching new products, services, teams, or operational units, Project management and execution skills, Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across legal, finance, product, and operations, A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, Ability to work in fast-moving environments, Excellent communication and organizational skills, Fluency in English
Nice to Have
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain, Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups, Experience rolling out tools or driving tech adoption, including change management, Additional European languages
What You'll Do.
Lead the setup of new Voyfai entity
Ensure entity is ready to operate
Ensure entity can onboard customers
Work with external legal partners
Ensure required documentation is in place
Ensure compliance requirements are in place
Roll out Voyfai’s Transportation Management System (TMS)
Roll out AI-enabled tools
Ensure local team is fully operational
Drive adoption of Voyfai's suite of tools
Support local teams through change management
Ensure smooth transition to Voyfai's systems
Coordinate the setup of insurance
Coordinate the setup of banking
Coordinate the setup of employment contracts
Coordinate operational processes
Train local teams on Voyfai’s systems
Support local teams on Voyfai’s systems
Train local teams on workflows
Support local teams on workflows
Train local teams on operational standards
Support local teams on operational standards
Act as bridge between local entity and central
Ensure ongoing integration
