4 years of sales experience, account management experience, mid-market segment experience, expanding client accounts, driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment, navigating larger deals, understanding complex sales cycles, managing multiple stakeholders, analytical skills, presentation skills, communicate data-driven insights, conduct engaging product demonstrations, lead impactful quarterly business reviews, Adaptability, comfort in a fast-paced, rapidly changing sales environment, Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy in all documentation and deal management, Excellent interpersonal skills, build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams, positive, passionate, and creative mindset, high-character qualities, open and hungry mind, willing to improve through coaching, learn about our customers’ industries

Nice to Have

Experience with modern sales tech stacks: Salesforce, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg, etc., Experience with startups and entrepreneurial organizations, Experience working in CMMS or facility operations software, Documented success in working in a remote setting

What You'll Do.

Own a book of business from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion

Effectively engage and build relationships with mid-market customers

Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Take a proactive approach in identifying customer needs and providing innovative solutions

Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess client satisfaction

Present product demonstrations that showcase offerings in a compelling and tailored manner
