Full Job Description
Are you enthusiastic about exhibition and excited to make science accessible and educational through our exhibitions and within our visits itineraries? Do you enjoy creating learning experiences and working in an international environment? Join the CERN Visual Impact and Exhibition team! CERN has an opening for an Origin Graduate in the Visual Impact and Exhibition ([VIE](https://stakeholder-relations.web.cern.ch/eco/visual-impact-and-exhibitions)) section in the Education, Communications and Outreach (ECO) group in the Stakeholders Relations (SR) sector. The Section runs a broad portfolio of exhibitions within the Organization (e.g. visit points, Science Gateway), but also event-based exhibitions. This position is centered on the development of interactive media to raise awareness among our visitors about the different aspects of our organisation. Your responsibilities: As a member of Visual Impact and Exhibition team, you will carry out the following tasks: * Work closely with and under the guidance of the Interactive Media Manager to support the development and delivery of CERN's exhibitions. * Develop creative content for CERN's on-site exhibitions, including Science Gateway. * Contribute to the conception, prototyping, testing and production of exhibits for integration throughout CERN exhibition spaces, participate in evaluation of exhibit content with relevant audience groups. Your profile: Experience in the following areas would be an advantage: * Experience working in interactive applications for scientific visualisation and/or education. * Experience producing engaging content for non-specialist audiences on topics related to physics, astronomy and related technologies. Skills: * A good sense of teamwork. * Knowledge of systems administration. * Web development. * Full-stack developer competences are a plus. * Spoken and written English or French, with a commitment to learn the other language.
