Significant experience planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program, Experience with exercise planning at the brigade level or above, Graduate of a Command and General Staff College, Previous experience supporting a Department of War or US Army customer

Assist Program Management with communication
Lead team of Exercise Planners
Develop after-action reports
Develop improvement plans
Develop corrective action plans
Develop training overviews
Conduct trend analyses
Track implementation activities
Develop training objectives
Draft realistic threat scenarios
Coordinate exercise development
Manage exercise development
Assist management of JTIMS
Assist management of other systems
Enhance command's capability
Coordinate exercise criteria
Consolidate Exercise Summary Reports
Draft Exercise Summary Reports
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Communication and coordination of national and international level exercises; Coordinating and executing exercises for NGB, DoW, Joint Staff, Service Components, Governmental agencies, JIIM Partners; Working with exercise participants and stakeholders; Coordinating with relevant planners and participants
Communication Scope
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to convey complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner

Management of Joint Training Information Management System, Management of Army Training Information Management System, Management of exercise development
