The world can’t wait. **You Have:** * 5+ years of experience planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program * 5+ years of experience with planning at an operational or higher level HQ staff such as Corps, DRU, ASCC, or ACOM * Experience with the Five Stages of the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC), Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP) * Knowledge of Joint and Multinational exercise design at the operational level * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and the Office 365 environment * Ability to take an exercise from concept phase, produce a plan, and prepare and provide a senior-level concept of operation briefs * Ability to travel up to 20% of the time * Secret clearance * Bachelor’s degree * Graduate of a Command and General Staff College (CGSC) Intermediate Level Education (ILE) or Component Education **Nice If You Have:** * 8+ years of experience at the Brigade level or above *
