Our team and state-of-the-art programs create a world-class health care organization and the destination center for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular care with complex structural heart disease and interventions, advanced heart failure service as well as advanced imaging with cutting edge technologies. **FTE:** Per Diem, .01, **Shift:** Days, **Schedule:** Clinic open Mon-Thurs, 8 hour shifts approximate start time 8am-430pm but can be variable depending on need. There is a 3 month training period with regular 24-32 hours weekly during the 3 month training period. **Position Summary** This position is responsible for leading and monitoring exercise sessions and providing exercise education to participants. Assists in the development, structure and implementation of therapeutic activities; this position works under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist. This position requires a service oriented individual, the use the discretion and good judgment. Internal contacts include other participant services staff.
