Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in an exercise science or a related field, Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross
Nice to Have
1+ year of cardiac and/or pulmonary rehabilitation experience, ECG (EKG) interpretation skills, Exercise prescription and patient monitoring experience, Emphasis in exercise physiology preferred, MS preferred, ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification (within 6 months of hire)

Develop individualized exercise programs
Implement individualized exercise programs
Monitor patients during exercise sessions
Modify exercise plans based on patient response
Lead group exercise sessions
Provide patient education
Maintain accurate documentation
Maintain patient records
Support safe progression toward home-based exercise
