## Accountabilities Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base across direct and indirect sales channels Manage and grow relationships with distributors through structured business plans (JBP), training, and field support activities Prospect and acquire new end customers through field visits, product demonstrations, and consumption tests Analyze sales data and distributor performance to identify growth opportunities and ensure execution of strategic plans Support distributors in commercial planning, ensuring alignment with regional sales objectives and brand strategies Maintain an active field presence to engage customers in line with brand values and sales methodology Drive demand generation and support achievement of annual sales targets across the assigned territory Balance commercial activities with administrative responsibilities, including reporting, planning, and sales tracking Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of go-to-market strategies Represent the brand in the field, ensuring strong customer experience and professional relationship management Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related fields Valid driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel frequently Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales (e.g., industries, hospitality, healthcare, catering, offices) Experience in external sales and field-based commercial roles Strong understanding of distributor-based sales models and indirect channel management Advanced Excel and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Experience with CRM or sales systems such as Dynamics and S&OP tools is a plus Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to support sales planning and execution Ability to manage both commercial (field-focused) and administrative responsibilities effectively Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
