ABOUT THE TEAM Our AI Transformation team builds scalable, high-touch motions that help enterprise leaders move from curiosity about AI to practical transformation. We partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Solutions, Customer Success, Legal/Security, and other stakeholders to turn executive experiences into real business outcomes. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a senior leader to build and run a new OpenAI executive transformation motion that turns “aha” moments into hands-on execution inside customer organizations. You will design a repeatable program that creates executives who are internal champions, embeds adoption into their operating rhythms, and feeds real-world learning back into OpenAI.
