Je leest er vaak over in de krant: fusies en overnames. Maar wist je dat je mee kunt helpen aan het succes van zo’n spraakmakende, vaak internationale deal, nog voordat het nieuws de wereldpers heeft gehaald? * Complexe bedrijfsfinanciën doorgronden en inzichtelijk maken voor potentiële (ver)koper(s) * Op board niveau schakelen om de deal tot een succes te maken * Achterhalen wat de aanjager van de winstgevendheid is de afgelopen jaren * Achterhalen wat de waarde van een bedrijf is en hoe de afrekening eruit ziet * Jonge en dynamische werkomgeving waar kwaliteit voorop staat Bij Transaction Services (TS) halen we geregeld de voorpagina’s. Van fusies van middelgrote ondernemingen tot internationale megaovernames: we begeleiden er honderden per jaar. Bij TS zorgen we dat de klant de belangrijkste aspecten van een deal begrijpt. Bij fusies, overnames, herfinancieringen of beursgangen (IPO’s) doen we de financial due diligence waarbij je door middel van complexe analyses op de financiële resultaten, posities en projecties het bedrijf financieel doorlicht. Zo breng je voor de klant de kansen en bedreigingen bij een deal in kaart, identificeer je de onderliggende winst en bepaal je wat de uiteindelijke equity value is die betaald moet worden. De uitkomsten van jouw analyses zijn de argumenten aan de onderhandelingstafel. "Omdat je als Executive het diepst de cijfers ingaat, zie je ook als eerste de trends die interessant zijn om met je team en de klant te delen." Als Executive bij TS ontvang je alle gegevens van de klant en maakt er één overzichtelijk en begrijpelijk geheel van. Deze cijferset (databook) vormt de basis van het uiteindelijke rapport.
