What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field, 10 years of progressive leadership in manufacturing or operations
Nice to Have
Advanced degree preferred, Experience in aerospace or a highly regulated industry, Experience leading a large manufacturing site or major operations value stream with P&L or significant budget responsibility, Proven track record driving lean transformations, continuous improvement, and measurable SQDC improvements, Experience operating in a safety- and quality-critical environment with regulatory/compliance requirements, Strategic, decisive, accountable leader who can set direction, inspire teams, and drive change, People leader with a passion for developing talent, building inclusive teams, and maintaining high engagement, Deeply customer-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to respond to customer needs and improve customer satisfaction, Excellent communication and influencing able to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders, Problem solving and execution in complex operations

Drive operational excellence using lean principles

Partner with supply chain and sourcing
Ensure material availability

Support and scale NPIs and technology introductions
Ensure readiness of processes
Build and lead a high-performing leadership team

Drive talent development for hourly and salaried employees
Lead effective communication across the site
Serve as the primary site interface with key

In this role, you will own site strategy execution and delivery across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost (SQDC) and People, ensuring the site meets business commitments while building a high-performance, lean, and customer-focused culture. The Executive Site Leader is the senior-most leader on site and a key member of the Unison operations leadership team.
