Executive Site Director, Baltimore College Track | Baltimore, MD | Full-Time Salary: $118,875 – $128,749 (target range) | Priority Deadline: July 1st, 2026 You Won't Just Run a Program. College Track's Baltimore site is in its earliest, most formative days, launched through a bold partnership with the Baltimore Ravens, M we help them stay, graduate, and thrive. Our scholars graduate college at three times the national average for first-generation students, and by age 30, they earn an average of $89,823 — well above the national median. We've been doing this since 1997. We operate 13 centers. And Baltimore is our next horizon.
