As an Executive in our Secretarial team, you will handle medium‑to‑high complexity corporate secretarial processes while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory standards. Working closely with the Associate Manager and Manager, you will lead key governance activities, coach junior team members, drive process improvements, and support clients across a diverse portfolio of entities. What you will do * You’ll lead and review complex corporate secretarial tasks, including preparing and organising board and shareholder meetings, drafting and reviewing resolutions and minutes, handling director and auditor changes * You’ll manage governance activities such as constitution amendments, investment approvals, distributions, insurance renewals, MLRO/DMLRO/CO appointments, and AML/KYC reviews * You’ll support regulatory and compliance deliverables by preparing TRC applications, payment instructions, statutory filings, Annual Administrators Reports, AML/CFT assessments, and other reporting required by Mauritian regulations and the FSC. * You’ll coach and guide junior team members, review their work, as
