Must Have
hands-on experience in a similar role within the global business sector, solid experience in corporate administration and secretarial matters, familiar with the Companies Act, the Financial Services Act, and key legislation governing the Global Business sector in Mauritius, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to apply your technical knowledge to deliver high-quality secretarial and corporate services

handle medium‑to‑high complexity corporate secretarial processes
lead key governance activities
coach junior team members
drive process improvements
support clients across a diverse portfolio of entities
lead and review complex corporate secretarial tasks
manage governance activities
support regulatory and compliance deliverables
coach and guide junior team members
assist during regulator inspections
ensure timely escalation of client or service issues
maintain high‑quality record‑keeping
updating systems and planning tools
scanning and archiving documents
executing ad-hoc client requests
ensuring the protection of information assets in line with internal ISMS policies
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working closely with the Associate Manager and Manager; coach and guide junior team members; review their work; assist during regulator inspections; ensure timely escalation of client or service issues
