As a central pillar of the segment, you serve as a trusted partner to consultants and client teams, combining insight with execution to drive outcomes. As Insurance is a strategic priority for the Firm, this role plays a critical part in enabling the segment’s growth ambitions and strengthening its global impact. Working closely with the Global Segment Leaders and Global Practice Specialist, you translate strategy into action, supporting account management, search delivery, and business development efforts. The role is designed to strengthen both commercial impact and execution excellence across the segment. As a Segment Specialist you have a joint purpose of both executing complex segment assignments as well as leading and developing segment capabilities on a global level. Moreover, you are an essential pillar of the segment, being the Firm-wide, go-to person and thought partner for colleagues and client teams.
