What You'll Do.

Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities and office services.

Act as the local liaison for HR administration relating to the Netherlands.

Manage meeting room bookings and catering requests.

Coordinate visitor registration.

Plan and coordinate internal networking events for the Amsterdam office.

Maintain office and kitchen supplies.

Submit invoices and complete reconciliations.

Coordinate with IT to log

track and follow up on IT and mobile device issues.

Use business systems to support the Benelux/Nordics client team with meeting preparation and territory management.

Provide back-up administrative cover for other Executive Sales Support team members.

Arrange travel logistics.

Prepare and submit expense claims and reconciliations.

Coordinate and execute local events both inside and outside of the Amsterdam office.

Maintain controlled filing and distribution of risk and compliance correspondence and reporting.

Coordinate annual due diligence cycles for third-party service providers and boards.

Support the completion

translation and controlled filing of questionnaires and responses.

Liaise with Fund Operations and Client teams on BV-related operational requirements.

Produce and maintain documents and trackers using standard templates and formatting.

Record annual leave and absence accurately in the HR system.

Compile and maintain the board meeting packs for quarterly meetings.

Prepare and submit applications to register changes and deletions with the Dutch Commercial Register.

Maintain BV statutory records and company files.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work optimally with other teams across the organization.; Liaise with the UK-based Accounts team as required.; Coordinate with IT.; Provide back-up coverage for other Executive Sales Support team members.; Liaise with Fund Operations and Client teams.
