What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience leading an executive search team / function in EMEA within a consulting or professional services organization, with depth in research, and candidate outreach and cultivation, offer negotiations, and onboarding., Ability to work full time in an office and remote physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday., Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, as needed and in particular as unique projects/needs arise., Must become familiar with, and promote and abide by, our Core Values as defined by the AlixPartners’ Code of Conduct and foster an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization.
Nice to Have
Experience working in an executive search firm is strongly preferred., Fluency in German, French and/or Italian considered a plus.
What You'll Do.
Lead the executive recruiting team and function in EMEA
Oversee elements of the executive onboarding experience
Ensure systems and processes work effectively and efficiently - and are compliant with firm policies and local laws and customs
Oversee and perpetually improve the candidate experience
from their first introduction to AlixPartners to their onboarding process.
Mentor and develop the EMEA recruiting team
and fun work environment.
Own key searches end-to-end
interview process (prep emails
stakeholder alignment
and candidate write-ups.
Facilitate the development of and write the long-form
detailed business cases for final-stage PMD candidates
which are evaluated by the CEOs and Board of Directors.
Vet and review / finalize contracts and relationships with contingent and retained external search firms
with a keen eye to the firm’s reputation
candidate’s experience
and relevant budgets.
Ensure recruiting data is collected
and documented in a timely
and legally compliant manner.
Be a “super user” of our current CRM tool
finding ways to optimize the application to enhance the candidate experience
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with the global executive recruitment team, candidates, and stakeholders to ensure all parties experience a caring, inclusive, efficient, and high-quality recruitment process.; Partner with the Global Head of Executive recruiting on performance, budget, workflow, external search firm partnerships, and special projects.; Influence, present to, and successfully collaborate with a range of executive stakeholders across a complex matrix.
Communication Scope
Written and verbal communication skills in English.; Proven ability to write concise, action oriented, clear executive communications, reports, and executive / Board-ready documents.

This role is part of a close-knit global team that works across EMEA, APAC and the Americas, and has an opportunity to work across and provide guidance to all regions. At its core, this role will work closely with the global executive recruitment team, candidates, and stakeholders to ensure all parties experience a caring, inclusive, efficient, and high-quality recruitment process.
