Must Have

7+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth technology companies, search firms, or both., Experience leading international executive searches across EMEA and/or APAC, with exposure to sales, partnerships, marketing, product, tech, customer success, revenue operations, or broader leadership hiring., Ability to build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders, candidates, and cross-functional partners across regions and cultures., Excellent communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills., High judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive or strategic searches., organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously across time zones and geographies., A proactive, resourceful approach and comfort working through ambiguity.

Nice to Have
