Compliance to laid standards of the good manufacturing practices, Maintenance of Production Area and Equipments in the state of cleanliness as per the SOPs, Routine documentation as per Regulatory Requirements, Continuous monitoring of In-process controls in production areas, Filling and maintaining the BMR online, Maintaining/filling the formats and other related documents, Checking of dispensed input materials against process orders, Effective control over the environmental conditions in Manufacturing, Compliance to specifications and Validated methods, Working within the specified working hours, Handling of online systems and software such as SolTRAQs, Isotrain, Darius, Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures, for related equipment’s and procedures, Ensure compliance of SAP activities related to updation of BOM, creation of new item codes and regularizes the SAP entries
What You'll Do.
Ensure the compliance to laid standards of the good manufacturing practices
Organizing the job responsibilities to the technicians as per daily plan and execute the defined targets as per standard outputs
To ensure maintenance of Production Area and Equipments in the state of cleanliness as per the SOPs at all points of time
To carry out routine documentation as per Regulatory Requirements and to complete BMR timely with all respects
Continuous monitoring and improving the production output on daily basis and control on absenteeism of Technicians
Continuous monitoring of In-process controls in production areas
To fill and maintain the BMR online
To maintain /fill the formats and other related documents and the to provide the training to the technicians
Checking of dispensed input materials against process orders
To exercise effective control over the environmental conditions in Manufacturing and other related activities
which may adversely affect the product quality
Compliance to specifications and Validated methods
Raising requisition for the requirements of Consumables related to production activities
Handling of online systems and software such as SolTRAQs
Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures
for related equipment’s and procedures
Training and evaluation of the Production Technicians for their qualification to specific task or to operate specific equipment
Ensure compliance of SAP activities related to updation of BOM
creation of new item codes and regularizes the SAP entries
