What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years event production experience, Project management skills, 5-7 years management experience, Leadership and coaching skills, Written and verbal communication skills, Extraordinary organizational skills, Self-motivation and intuition, Excellent computer skills, Thorough understanding of permitting standards, Ability to manage tasks across multiple projects
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Experience with event niche (gaming and e-sports, broadcast), CAD NetSuite experience
What You'll Do.
Supervise and coordinate all aspects of events
Oversee large project teams
Develop ideas and concepts for an event
Develop executable plans
Manage project timelines
Coordinate technical and production teams
Lead the execution of large projects
Lead internal and external meetings
Define roles and responsibilities of the project
Lead development of production schedule
Lead development of project documents
Organize project documentation
Participate in creative development
Organize and manage communications between event team members
Serve as a key contact for client communications
Manage freelance resources
Look for innovative solutions to production methods
Ensure overall project health
Develop Production Talent
Oversee all production and technical elements
