Full Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary Executive Event Producer. Backed by our talented production team, you will focus primarily on leading the production of our crown jewel, the Nordic Business Forum in Helsinki and the Thinkers50 Summit & Gala in London. Additionally, you will participate in developing our other events in Amsterdam and Oslo. Nordic Business Forum is one of the largest leadership conference productions in the world. As an Executive Producer, you will play a key role in its development and execution each year. This includes for example content design, scripting, logistics, catering, networking concepts, security, budgeting, and the livestream experience. Our hope is that your creativity, skills, and enthusiasm will help us elevate our event productions to new heights and to open doors that we never thought possible. **Requirements** You are always welcome to work at our offices, but relocation is not mandatory. However, working in a timezone close to Europe is preferred to make collaboration smooth. We look for someone who: * Loves business and professional development * Has deep experience and proven success in large-scale event production, coordination, and innovation * Can manage, lead, and inspire a diverse team of internal and external people * Has willingness and humility to learn from customer and stakeholder feedback * Demonstrates sharp, logical, and quick problem-solving skills in time-sensitive situations * Works with a systematic approach to get things done effectively and efficiently * Thinks creatively and outside the box when innovating new event concepts * Has a keen eye for design and aesthetics * Is fully capable and confident working with numbers, budgets, and Excel * Is fluent in English (English is the only required language in this job) Please submit your application by the end of June.
