Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field., 0–2 years of experience in digital media / programmatic (internship experience welcome)., Basic understanding of programmatic ecosystem and DSP platforms (e. g. , DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.)., analytical skills and comfortable working with data., Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets., Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a dynamic agency environment.
What You'll Do.
supporting the planning
and optimization of programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Assist in setting up programmatic campaigns across DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms).
set targeting parameters
and optimization rules.
Ensure campaigns go live accurately and on time.
Monitor campaign delivery daily to ensure smooth performance.
Track key performance metrics such as impressions
Identify performance trends and support optimization initiatives.
and frequency based on campaign performance.
Flag any delivery or tracking issues to the Manager.
and monthly performance reports.
Analyze data to provide insights and improvement recommendations.
Ensure reporting accuracy and timely submission to internal teams and clients.
Support post-campaign analysis and learning documentation.
Maintain campaign documentation and trackers.
Ensure billing accuracy and alignment with finance processes.
Support compliance with platform policies and brand safety guidelines.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams (Planning, Ad Ops, Creative, Analytics).; Coordinate with media vendors and platform representatives when necessary.; Support Manager in preparing campaign materials for client meetings.
