Must Have

Experience in operations, program coordination, business operations, or chief-of-staff–like roles., organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams., Clear and effective communication skills, especially when coordinating across teams., Ability to anticipate needs, identify gaps, and follow through on execution., Sound judgment and discretion when working with sensitive or confidential information., Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Nice to Have

Experience in SaaS, media, or technology organizations., Exposure to operational planning, project management, or business operations., Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jira/Asana, or similar platforms., Interest in workflow optimization, automation, or AI-enabled productivity tools.

What You'll Do.

Partner with the President on day-to-day business operations

Support the operating rhythm of the business

including planning cycles

and ongoing team cadences.

Help track key initiatives and commitments

ensuring follow-through and surfacing risks or delays.

Coordinate cross-functional work by clarifying dependencies

and next steps across teams.

Prepare materials and structure for leadership discussions to support clear

efficient decision-making.

Identify operational inefficiencies or gaps and recommend practical improvements to processes and workflows.

Support execution of cross-functional projects that improve organizational effectiveness and team alignment.

Partner with Finance and other functions to support planning

and coordination of business activities.

Improve internal communication by ensuring updates

and priorities are clearly documented and shared.
