Must Have
5–8 years of experience in operations, Advanced administrative training, Minimum of five (5) years prior related experience, Organizational and time management skills, Ability to manage competing priorities, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders, High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment, Problem-solving skills, Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, Flexibility to adjust to changing demands, Ability to manage details, Expert competency level in Microsoft Office, Expert competency level in collaboration tools

Coordinate logistics for meetings

Manage recurring meetings
Assist in preparing presentations

Prepare meeting summaries

Oversee general office operations
Manage vendor interactions
Serve as primary point of contact
Resolve operational questions

Coordinate onboarding activities
Coordinate new hire setup

Maintain relationships with internal functions
Contribute to operational initiatives
Lead operational initiatives

Report summaries of initiatives
Develop documentation
Maintain documentation
