This pivotal role supports the Vice President of Sales and Operations, as well as the Director of Operations, ensuring strategic priorities are aligned, communication flows seamlessly, and key initiatives are executed with excellence. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support & Leadership Enablement Manage and prioritize calendars for senior leaders, ensuring optimal time utilization Screen and filter incoming requests, aligning them with business priorities Safeguard leadership time for high-impact activities and strategic initiatives Operational & Business Support Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings, town halls, and strategic updates Utilize Excel to monitor and report on key performance indicators (Revenue, NPS, Cycle Time, etc.) Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up action items to ensure accountability Facilitate cross-team coordination to ensure seamless execution of initiatives Office & Facilities Management Coordinate meeting schedules, conference room bookings, and office logistics Oversee facility needs, liaising with vendors and landlords as required Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment Travel & Expense Coordination Arrange leadership travel aligned with business priorities Track, manage, and reconcile expenses wit
