S. Citizenship

Drive automation and process improvements to streamline data collections

Own executive calendar optimization: prioritize requests

schedule and prepare leadership for meetings

and ensure alignment with strategic priorities

and follow-up on executive meetings (e.g.

weekly leadership huddles

quarterly business reviews)

including setting agendas

tracking action items

and monitoring progress

Facilitate decision-making by preparing pre-reads

summarizing options/risks

Supervise compliance and administrative teams/functions to ensure regulatory and policy adherence across reporting
