Coordinate event logistics

Serve as liaison between clients and departments

Maintain client communication

Attend sales meetings

Utilize Delphi/Amadeus for tracking

Assist in BEO preparation

Review banquet checks

Follow up with clients

Maintain professionalism and service quality

Support additional duties
