**EM Strategy and Sales Enablement - Specialist Sales and Client Solutions** **Do work that matters** Business Banking (BB) offers a wide range of services and solutions to the Group’s small to medium, regional and agribusiness and corporate customers. Specialist Sales & Client Solutions provides a comprehensive range of banking solutions to business banking customers across key vertical industries including Healthcare, Professional Services, Defence, Real Estate, Hospitality and Environmental & Social (including Indigenous Business), as well as specialist product and payment solutions across the Business Banking segments. **See yourself in our team** This role sits within Specialist Sales & Client Solutions and operates as the central strategy and sales enablement function across all industry verticals. Anchored initially within CommBank Health, the role will expand across multiple industry streams and partners closely with stream leads to define and shape the strategic agenda. You will lead a high-performing team of strategy and sales enablement specialists, including strategy analysts and managers responsible for banker capability programs, sales training and lead qualification. As Executive Manager, Strategy & Sales Enablement, your contribution will support the delivery of the Specialist Sales & Client Solutions strategic agenda aligned to Business Banking priorities.
