What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8 years in senior cybersecurity, engineering, or enterprise architecture roles, 3 years acting as a technical lead or delivery director, Extensive experience driving technical delivery within a highly regulated tier-1 or tier-2 financial institution, Proven track record in a senior client-facing professional services or management consulting role, Documented experience leading the technical deployment of enterprise-wide security solutions, Advanced ability to design and implement pragmatic, forward-looking security strategies, Expertise in validating technical designs against corporate blueprints, zero-trust principles, and industry-standard security models, Proven capability to command technical authority, resolve complex architectural disputes, and lead high-performing technical squads, Advanced proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies, communication and diplomacy skills
Nice to Have
Relevant professional designations such as CISSP, ISSAP, CISM, TOGAF, or advanced Agile Leadership credentials, Advanced knowledge of securing distributed workloads across AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments, Practical familiarity with DevSecOps implementation, automated compliance-as-code, and containerization security models
