**[What the role is]** We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to be part of the team overseeing the operation and maintenance of Choa Chu Kang Operations Choa Chu Kang Complex, comprising Choa Chu Kang Cemetery, Crematorium, and Columbarium. In this role, you will play a key part in planning and executing enforcement activities to ensure compliance with facilities management requirements, house rules, and public health regulations across NEA-managed after-death facilities. As a key member of our operations team, you will lead enforcement operations, drive regulatory compliance, and work to reduce non-compliance and disamenities across the Complex. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining a respectful, well-managed environment for members of the public during their most difficult moments.
