What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of progressively senior experience in program development, public policy, advocacy, strategy, or related fields, Extensive experience partnering closely with executive leaders, senior stakeholders, and boards on high-priority initiatives spanning multiple organizational entities, Proven success designing, scaling, and coordinating complex, multi-audience programs, ideally within consumer-facing, advocacy, membership, or financial services environments, Experience engaging in federal, state, or local policy processes, with the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable programming and organizational priorities, Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams while driving accountability and achieving organizational goals, strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to move fluidly between program design, policy advocacy, operational execution, and data-informed decision-making, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate cross-functional environments, and translate complex ideas into clear action, Collaborative working style with relationship-building skills and the ability to operate effectively within a matrixed organization, Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate sensitive or high-stakes situations with integrity and confidentiality
