As the Executive Housekeeping Manager at Canaves Oia Suites, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Our properties are proud members of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World and are renowned for their outstanding service and breathtaking views, located in the picturesque village of Oia, in the northern part of Santorini Island In addition to managing and leading a dedicated team of housekeeping professionals, you will oversee the implementation of the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotels. You will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and all other spaces are well-maintained and immaculate. Collaborating closely with other departments, you will ensure seamless communication and coordination to deliver exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about hospitality, possesses excellent leadership and organizational skills, and has a keen eye for detail. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded company and contribute to the success of our luxury resorts in Santorini. ### Responsibilities * Manage and lead the housekeeping team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure a high level of professionalism and work performance * Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and practices to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, while also ensuring the efficient use of resources * Oversee the daily operations of housekeeping, including the inspection of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards * Coordinate closely with other departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences * Evaluate and address guest feedback
