What You'll Do.

Develop long-term relationships with high-end customers and VIPs

Achieve company objectives through effective sales and telemarketing

Increase retention rates of high-end customers and VIPs

Manage customer reinvestment

Develop potential new business into successful long-term growth

Maintain and establish relationships with current and potential guests

Promote BetMGM to build customer loyalty and increase frequency of visits

Respond to and address all guest requests

Own the guest experience

Establish and maintain a comprehensive player database

Generate incremental gaming revenue

Manage all aspects of the relationship with the player

Maintain a personalized relationship with players

Create new business revenue

Understand existing products

services and initiatives

Push new game offerings
