Former CIO, CTO, or CISO role at a state agency, county, or large municipality, Cloud migration or transformation experience in government settings, Proven track record of managing large-scale IT budgets ($10M+ annually), Proven track record of managing multi-year technology roadmaps, Direct responsibility for technology governance, architecture decisions, and vendor management, Knowledge of federal and state compliance requirements (FedRAMP, StateRAMP, CJIS, IRS 1075), Established network of relationships with state government technology leaders across multiple states
