What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree from a reputable university, ideally in finance, financial services, compliance, or risk, Experience in financial services, with exposure to risk management, compliance, or financial crime control, Solid understanding of AML/CFT, regulatory frameworks, and compliance best practices, Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
Nice to Have
Postgraduate or professional risk qualification
What You'll Do.
Support the review and implementation of group and local compliance and risk policies
Conduct AML/CFT risk assessments across products
and business practices within the Mauritius cluster
Provide day-to-day compliance and regulatory advice to client teams and internal stakeholders
Perform compliance monitoring
Support regulatory training
third-party reliance assessments
and broader risk management initiatives whilst adhering to information security standards
