Designation: Executive Finance (Partner's Payroll) Location: Navi Mumbai Business unit: Finance SBU: Operations ## Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations. Support month‑end and year‑end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including vendor and customer balance reconciliations. Assist in compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and income‑tax regulations, as applicable. Coordinate with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits by providing required documentation and explanations. Analyze financial data and prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and insights to support management decisions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (operations, procurement, and sales) to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting. Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls and finance policies. Act as a key point of contact for auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on finance‑related matters. ## Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent). 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related functional roles.
