Must Have
Diploma in Accounting or Business/Finance or equivalent, 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, accounting knowledge, application of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International), Proficient in MS Office applications
Nice to Have
Knowledge of SAP S4, Knowledge of OneStream, Knowledge of ticketing tools
What You'll Do.
Assist in timely closing of accounts
Prepare consolidation schedules
Prepare financial schedules
Prepare statutory accounts
Prepare month-end journals
Assist in quarterly forecasts
Assist in annual budget exercise
Provide variance analysis
Prepare quarterly GST reports
Collate related parties’ transactions
Collate sponsorship reports
Collate donation reports
Perform reconciliation of audit schedules
Perform reconciliation of inter-company transactions
Perform reconciliation of bank transactions
Handle settlement to fixed assets
Maintain fixed asset registers
Prepare financial statements in XBRL format
Support external audit
Support internal audit
Support tax reporting
Support statutory requirements
Provide day-to-day operations funding
Participate in process improvement projects
