Guided by a clear vision to help people thrive in a taller, faster, smarter world, Otis is committed to customer‑centric service, future‑focused innovation, and responsible corporate citizenship. # Role Overview The Adjustor is responsible for adjustment and commissioning of elevators and escalators in compliance with Otis safety standards, ensuring timely delivery, quality documentation, and on-site technical support. # Key Responsibilities · Be fully conversant and compliant with Otis EH&S policies · Follow safety procedures as per Otis safety standards. · Ensure adherence to ethics guidelines. · Understand layout drawings, Field Installation Manual, wiring diagrams and procedures. · Responsible for adjustment/commissioning of elevators, escalators and travelators as per Otis Field Installation Manual including high-speed gearless units. · Manage test engineers on multi-unit sites ensuring safe and efficient commissioning · Provide technical support and upskilling of test engineers. · Audit test and EN81 compliance handover documentation. · Liaise with clients during testing on large multi-unit sites and attend Commissioning meetings. · Take quality r
